After spending the last seven years honing my skills as a Qualified Intermediary, I am pleased to announce the launch of Newbridge Exchange, LLC to continue the facilitation of Section 1031 Exchanges under a new masthead. I have positioned the company to pursue stronger connections with my clients, well before any “sell” decision is arrived at. I will be delivering new strategies to grow existing businesses or to right-size the current business. Creating a new business in a economic downcycle is akin to going back to school after a twenty year hiatus. Every corner that you come to is ripe with new thoughts, opportunities and excitement. The whole world is just on the otherside of the horizon, or just across a new bridge.
The goal in any business should be first, to have fun and second, to make some money. Trying to do one without the other is just plain work and that kind of work is available at the counter of every super store in the country.
